Mixologist Lead

At Suspiro, we are seeking an exceptional Mixologist Lead to join our team. With a focus on delivering an unparalleled guest experience, this role is responsible for crafting and serving exquisite beverages that exceed our guests' expectations.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will possess strong product knowledge, including a keen understanding of wine and food pairings. They will be skilled in multitasking and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Mixologist Lead, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages according to recipes and contracts, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and ensuring seamless execution of service standards.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Prepare and serve beverages to guests according to recipes and contracts, showcasing expertise in mixology and presentation.
• Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge, including wine, beer, spirits, and cocktails, as well as pairing suggestions.
• Provide exceptional guest service, anticipating and exceeding their needs while promoting a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient service delivery and effective communication among teams.
• Assist in inventory management, maintaining accurate records and reporting any discrepancies or concerns.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and stay updated on industry trends.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy:
