Job Summary:

As a Radiologic Technologist at Northern Light Health, you will be responsible for operating x-ray equipment to produce high-quality radiographs of various anatomical structures. You will work closely with patients, providers, and other departments to provide excellent patient care and imaging services. This role requires a strong commitment to teamwork, customer service, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate x-ray equipment to produce high-quality radiographs

Work with patients, providers, and other departments to provide excellent patient care and imaging services

Maintain a safe and healthy work environment

Adhere to organization policies and procedures

Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments

Requirements:

Licensed as a Radiologic Technologist

BLS certification

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Working Conditions:

This role requires working in a healthcare environment with potential exposure to diseases or infections, hazardous materials, and uncomfortable noise levels. You will also be required to work with computers, typing, reading, and writing, and may be required to lift, move, and load 20 to 30 pounds. Prolonged periods of sitting are also expected.
