Marine Painter Job Description

Tradesmen International is seeking skilled Marine Painters / Sanblasters for projects located in and around Everett, WA.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Utilize sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare surfaces for painting
  • Apply paint with a spray gun, brush, or roller to the interior & exterior of shops & aircraft
  • Clean surfaces with solvent, water, rags, brushes, & other tools to remove grease, dirt, & old paint
  • Apply paper & masking tape to protect unpainted areas
  • Operate equipment such as spray guns & blast pots
  • Mix paint to achieve desired colors & consistencies
  • Read & understand drawings & blueprints
  • Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • C14 Certification
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must have Respirator Certification
