About Ellie Mental HealthAs a prominent outpatient mental health provider, we focus on creating an environment where therapists can thrive and deliver outstanding care. Our mission is to enhance the therapist experience by minimizing administrative burdens, allowing our clinicians to concentrate on their passion for helping clients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver therapeutic services to couples, families, and groups.
- Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company protocols.
- Maintain a caseload of at least 25 one-hour client sessions weekly for full-time status.
- Provide exceptional client service and collaborate with a dynamic team to address mental health needs in the community.
- Utilize innovative therapeutic techniques to assist clients in achieving their goals.
- Advocate for clients by coordinating with case managers, families, and other professionals as necessary.
- Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing training.
- A master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
- A valid Virginia clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) with the capability to practice independently.
- Experience in conducting psychosocial assessments and developing treatment plans.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in working with diverse populations.
- Ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Experience working with couples and families.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Knowledge and experience in providing therapy to couples and families in an outpatient context.
- Familiarity with community resources.
- Certification in specialized treatment modalities for couples and families.
- Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.
