Join Our Team - Production Associate

Spark Talent Inc is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Associate to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of up to $23.00 per hour.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to production, including setting up equipment, loading and unloading materials, and operating automated machines.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assemble products to meet customer specifications
  • Use hand or power tools as required
  • Set up machinery for operation
  • Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions
  • Perform quality control checks and report any issues to supervisor
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
  • Previous manufacturing experience (Preferred)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and production schedules
  • Good job tenure
