Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Alterations Customer Service Representative to join our team at David's Bridal. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all alterations are completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and serve customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage customer flow and deliver a five-star customer experience.
  • Maintain store standards and contribute to the achievement of Five-Star Customer Service.
  • Promote all alterations services and personalization options.
  • Press, steam, and spot clean all merchandise.
  • Follow quality control guidelines and inspect all garments altered/steamed/pressed.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent degree is required.
  • 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment is preferred.
  • Prior sewing experience is helpful.
  • Prior experience with computerized POS systems is essential.
