Job SummaryABA of North Texas LLC is seeking a skilled Behavior Intervention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to implement behavior plans through in-home intervention. Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients with day-to-day activities, monitor behavior, record and collect data on patients progress, and communicate with clients. This is a rewarding position where you will be an important member of a child's care team and will see the results first hand as you help improve that child's life. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-person behavior intervention services to clients in their home and community.
  • Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans as directed by BCBA.
  • Follow Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines and codes of conduct.
  • Assist patients with day-to-day activities, monitor behavior, record and collect data on patients progress, and communicate with clients.
Requirements
  • Must be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
