About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will be responsible for assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. You will also have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans
- Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patients' conditions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Associate's degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
- Current RN license in good standing
- One year of experience in emergency nursing or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
