About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Service and Delivery Driver to join our team at TBC Corporation. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while operating company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.

This full-time position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet customer needs. You will be responsible for picking, staging, and loading trucks as requested, adhering to DOT regulations, and understanding and adhering to pre-determined route sequencing.

Responsibilities
  • Operate Company Vehicles: Safely and efficiently operate company vehicles while adhering to TBC policies.
  • Pick, Stage, and Load Trucks: Pick, stage, and load trucks as requested to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Understand and Adhere to DOT Regulations: Understand and adhere to DOT regulations, including hours of service requirements.
  • Maintain Knowledge of Products: Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures.
  • Securely Handle COD Transactions: Securely handle COD transactions as required per company policy.
  • Maintain Clean and Safe Work Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, and secure vehicle and work area.
Requirements
  • Safety First Mentality: Demonstrate a safety-first mentality and adhere to all safety protocols.
  • Experience and Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in delivery or a related field, with a clean MVR and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to Lift: Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively and occasionally lift more than 50lbs.
  • Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen: Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
