VSP Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled VSP Physician to join our team at CenterWell Senior Primary Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

• Provide primary care services to seniors, including wellness visits, physical exams, chronic condition management, and screenings.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• 5 or more years of experience in primary care or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
