About the RoleAs an Inbound Expert, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for guests, observing and understanding their needs, and engaging with them in a genuine way. You will also be responsible for executing a detailed, accurate, and efficient sorting operation, stocking, backstocking, and zoning product on the sales floor, maintaining sales floor instocks for General Merchandise categories, and operating power equipment as certified.
Key Responsibilities- Create a welcoming experience for guests by authentically greeting them and observing their needs.
- Engage with guests in a genuine way, asking questions to better understand their specific needs and being knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store.
- Execute a detailed, accurate, and efficient sorting operation, including unloading schedule times, and stock, backstock, and zone product on the sales floor.
- Maintain sales floor instocks for General Merchandise categories and operate power equipment as certified.
- Work with accuracy and attention to detail, manage all defectives, and handle environmentally sensitive items in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance, and work in a safe manner at all times to benefit yourself and others.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members.
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed.
- Work both independently and with a team, resolving guest questions quickly on the spot.
- Attention to detail and follow a multi-step process, capable of working in a fast-paced environment and accomplishing multiple tasks within established timeframes.
