Stockroom Coordinator

Coast Personnel is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stockroom Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and supplies.

• Inventory Management: Accurately sort and store materials, parts, and supplies in a designated warehouse area.
• Material Handling: Safely lift, carry, and move materials and equipment as needed.
• Quality Control: Inspect materials for defects and damage, and report any issues to management.
• Data Entry: Accurately record inventory levels, transactions, and other relevant data in a computerized system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with buyers, purchasers, and other team members to ensure seamless inventory management.

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 0-1 year of related experience in inventory management or a similar field.
• Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in computer and data entry skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, sit, and use stair ladders; talk and hear in person; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch. May need to exert up to 50 pounds of force to lift, carry, push and pull or otherwise move objects.
