Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive professional to oversee and direct critical maintenance operations. This role involves developing training programs and analytical methods to enhance the reliability of our assets, equipment, and processes.

Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data, identifying bakery equipment, and standardizing maintenance practices. Recommendations for optimizing maintenance programs and assessing repair costs will be key to improving asset reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support regional maintenance leaders in achieving corporate maintenance objectives and identifying areas for improvement to attain world-class asset reliability.
  • Recognize and document bakery equipment assets, linking them to relevant process areas within the CMMS.
  • Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance plans throughout the equipment lifecycle.
  • Evaluate bakery equipment performance, assess risks, and create mitigation strategies.
  • Analyze reliability data, manage equipment issues, and formulate strategies for reliability enhancement.
  • Conduct training sessions for personnel on equipment standardization and tagging initiatives.
  • Coordinate projects aimed at improving machine reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Manage projects to achieve reliability and productivity targets.
  • Assist in creating optimized spare parts inventories and criticality analyses.
  • Lead the utilization of CMMS for effective maintenance management.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and TTR events for bakery equipment.
  • Gather and assess operational data to propose reliability improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate reliability into project planning.
  • Ensure accurate recording of equipment details within the hierarchy and nomenclature.
  • Encourage continuous improvement in reliability practices among associates.
  • Engage with various stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Willingness to travel frequently is required.
