  • Ensure consistent delivery of services that exceed client expectations
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations while maintaining quality

  • Work collaboratively to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with the firm’s goals

Empower the Team

  • Serve as the point of contact for internal management initiatives (projects, compliance, vendor relations, etc.)
  • Identify opportunities to provide support and proactively address challenges
  • Contribute to the strategic direction and growth initiatives of the firm

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A minimum of five years in operations or leadership roles
  • Experience in operations within a financial advisory or wealth management context
  • Preferred active investment licenses
  • Willingness to work on-site five days a week

Compensation

  • Salary range: $140,000 - $150,000
