Position Overview

We are seeking a Master Electrician with a strong background in Solar and Battery Installations. This role is essential for our operations in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Lead and manage electrical teams, ensuring high standards of work.
  • Interpret and audit three-line diagrams for installation projects.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment, guiding team members with confidence.
Essential Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a valid Master Electrician License issued by the State of Michigan.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and overseeing electrical crews.
  • Possess strong leadership skills and an office presence.
Preferred Skills and Experience

Additional qualifications that would be advantageous include:

  • Financial literacy and understanding of commercial and industrial electrical work.
  • Experience in material and warehouse process development.
  • Service upgrading expertise.
  • Possession of Master licenses in neighboring states such as Ohio, Indiana, or Illinois.
  • Certifications from solar component manufacturers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite.
  • Experience with AC electrical systems and solar storage installations.
