Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Assistant Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination
- Manage safety and quality control processes
- Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts
- Coordinate change orders and manage subcontractors
- Assist in the management of project engineers and staff
- Resolve problems related to labor disputes, material delivery, and contract administration
- Manage vehicle, equipment, and tool maintenance
- 4+ years of experience in construction or a related field
- Bachelor's degree preferred
