Le/la Responsable Cybersécurité de Grid Automation (GA) - ERCIS a pour mission de contribuer à la croissance de GA en participant au processus de vente de produits de cybersécurité (y compris les démonstrations et les réponses aux offres), ainsi qu'à l'exécution et à la livraison de diverses offres de cybersécurité sur les sites clients en fonction des besoins.
Main Responsabilities- Apporter toute son expertise en cybersécurité (être l'expert en la matière) pour l'automatisation des réseaux dans un territoire/une région donnée;
- Aider les équipes des opérations commerciales à répondre aux demandes de démonstration, aux appels d'offres et à d'autres demandes d'enchère/d'appel d'offres;
- Rester connecté/e à la dynamique du marché, communiquer avec les clients de GA pour comprendre leurs besoins et leurs problèmes en matière de cybersécurité, et les traduire en nouvelles opportunités de vente dans le domaine de la cybersécurité;
- Présenter les offres de cybersécurité de GA aux clients présents dans différentes localisations et notamment lors de salons professionnels et d'événements;
- Développer des conceptions en matière de cybersécurité sophistiquées pour les environnements des clients;
- Comprendre les offres des concurrents, les tendances du secteur et le comportement des clients;
- Etre disponible pour aller sur le terrain, sur les sites clients, afin de les aider à concevoir, à configurer et à installer diverses solutions de cybersécurité;
- Promouvoir les offres de cybersécurité de GA auprès des clients des secteurs des services publics et industriels et de l'organisation commerciale de GA;
- Favoriser des interactions productives avec les équipes de la région GA, les chefs de produit, les équipes R&D et développement de produits, l'ingénierie des applications techniques et les équipes commerciales;
- Développer, coacher et accompagner les équipes régionales de livraison (ingénieurs clients) afin de renforcer leurs capacités techniques et commerciales globales;
- Élaborer et organiser des formations sur divers sujets liés à la cybersécurité pour les régions et le personnel de GA en fonction des besoins.
- Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en informatique, en génie électrique ou en génie informatique ou expérience professionnelle équivalente;
- Un diplôme en administration des affaires serait un atout (ex. MBA);
- A minima quelques années d'expérience concrète en matière de cybersécurité OT par rapport à la cybersécurité informatique;
- A minima quelques années d'expérience dans le secteur de l'énergie, notamment dans les domaines de la protection industrielle et du contrôle/automatisation, de la transmission, de la distribution ou des services;
- Connaissance pratique de nombreux types de produits, de solutions et de services de cybersécurité et de la manière de les vendre pour qu'ils soient adoptés par les clients;
- Expérience en tant que Coach commercial, formateur/trice et superviseur en cybersécurité (pour développer une organisation commerciale afin de promouvoir et de vendre une variété d'offres de cybersécurité), pour avoir un impact considérable sur la croissance;
- A minima quelques années d'expérience de travail en collaboration avec différents types de partenaires de distribution;
- Expérience démontrée avec les systèmes d'exploitation Linux et Microsoft Windows, y compris la gestion des comptes utilisateurs, le renforcement de la sécurité/du système et le contrôle des appareils, ainsi que la gestion des correctifs;
- Connaissance des normes LDAP, RADIUS, TLS, SSH, SFTP, RSA, NERC-CIP, NIST, IEC62443, IEC62351, des réglementations et normes de protection des cyberactifs et des protocoles de communication tels que IEC61850, DNP, IEC, qui ont une incidence sur le secteur des services publics;
- Expérience des techniques et des outils de modélisation des menaces;
- Solide état d'esprit en matière de service client;
- Expérience avec des systèmes d'exploitation tels que Microsoft Windows, Linux et VxWorks;
- Bonnes compétences en rédaction et en communication orale;
- Expérience avec les applications Microsoft 365 (par exemple, Excel, PowerPoint et Word), Microsoft Teams et Microsoft SharePoint;
- Expérience avec Box, OneDrive, Smartsheet, Adobe, Tableau et SFDC;
- Volonté et capacité à participer à des réunions vidéo qui ont parfois lieu tôt le matin ou tard dans la soirée;
- Volonté et capacité de voyager en Europe : environ 20 % à 50 %.
- Capacité à travailler confortablement dans une organisation mondiale composée de personnes de cultures et d'horizons différents;
- Le bilinguisme ou le multilinguisme est fortement souhaité, c'est un avantage considérable;
- Capacité à interagir avec tous les niveaux de l'organisation du client, ainsi qu'avec d'autres fonctions internes de GE Vernova, et à interagir en détail sur un large éventail de sujets liés à la cybersécurité;
- Une bonne compréhension du secteur de la cybersécurité, comment le gérer, quand et pourquoi;
- Solides compétences en matière de gestion des comptes, des ventes et de conseil;
- Solides compétences en matière de conseil à la clientèle (conseiller de confiance) et de plaidoyer;
- Sens aigu des affaires;
- Un solide état d'esprit en matière de service à la clientèle clientèle, priorité client;
- Solide sens des affaires, des finances et expérience opérationnelle;
- Solides compétences en communication orale et écrite;
- Compétences dans la formation;
