Responsibilities- Coordinate and Supervise Patient Care: The Registered Nurse will coordinate and supervise the care of patients, ensuring that their physical and psychosocial needs are met.
- Assess Patient Needs: The nurse will assess patient needs and initiate and implement the nursing care plan, working closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care.
- Educate and Orient Team Members: The Registered Nurse will educate and orient team members, as well as participate in patient and family teaching, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Administer Medication and Assist with Procedures: The nurse will administer medication and assist physicians with procedures, making rounds with the physicians to ensure comprehensive care.
- Work Schedule: This is a part-time opportunity with a casual/as-needed work schedule, allowing you to work around your schedule and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
- Education and Experience: A graduate of a Registered Nursing (RN) Education program is required.
- Licensure and Certification: A Minnesota RN license is required upon hire.
- Shifts: Nights, 12-hour shifts, every other weekend, and every third holiday (on set rotation), with 48 hours every two weeks.
