The Opportunity

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition and selling our innovative RaaSS model.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients within your designated region.
  2. Sell our RaaSS model, offering businesses a cost-effective, subscription-based recruitment solution.
  3. Leverage your existing network and book of business to build strong, lasting client relationships.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in Municipal, Healthcare, HealthTech, Non-Profit, Public Accounting, Legal, or Food sectors is essential.
  • Experience in sales within staffing, service industry, or consulting is an asset.
  • A ready book of business in any of the sectors we serve is highly desirable.
