The OpportunityAs a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition and selling our innovative RaaSS model.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients within your designated region.
- Sell our RaaSS model, offering businesses a cost-effective, subscription-based recruitment solution.
- Leverage your existing network and book of business to build strong, lasting client relationships.
- Proven sales experience in Municipal, Healthcare, HealthTech, Non-Profit, Public Accounting, Legal, or Food sectors is essential.
- Experience in sales within staffing, service industry, or consulting is an asset.
- A ready book of business in any of the sectors we serve is highly desirable.
- A strong value proposition - the chance to be part of a proven concept in a market poised for expansion.
