Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health screenings and assessments to identify the needs of inmates.
- Develop and implement individual treatment plans to address the needs of inmates.
- Provide counseling and crisis interventions to address the needs of inmates.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive materials and information.
- Document treatment and evaluation activities in the health care record for each person seen.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical area.
- Five years of clinical experience, including two years in a comparable job position.
- Appropriate certification or licensing in the state where practice occurs.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
