Job OverviewWe are seeking skilled painters to join our team at Island Palm Communities. As a painter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the appearance of our properties by applying paint to homes, common areas, and community offices and buildings. Key Responsibilities
- Apply paint to both interior and exterior surfaces of homes and common areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and supplies.
- Ensure proper protection of unpainted surfaces through the use of drop cloths/tarps, tape, and masking and paint shields.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of painting experience or formal training is preferred.
- Familiarity with various painting methods, including brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
- A valid driver's license and good driving record are required.
