We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Meat Market Cutter Trainee to join our team. As a Meat Market Cutter Trainee, you'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and develop your skills in meat cutting, product handling, and customer service.

• Comply with company policies, procedures, and government regulations
• Meet or exceed management planning guidelines once training is complete
• Treat all coworkers with fairness, dignity, and respect
• Develop product knowledge in all areas of the meat department
• Assist in special projects and perform other functions as assigned by supervisor
• Maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance at all times

• Good interpersonal skills and desire to work in a team environment
• Must meet minimum age requirements
• Effective customer service and communication skills
• Successful experience as a meat associate or previous meat cutting experience preferred

• Lift cases or packages of meat products weighing 1-40 lb frequently and 100 lb on occasion
• Meet established volume activity standards
• Stand or walk 100% of the time while working in temperatures of 45 degrees F the majority of the time

Hannaford Supermarkets offers a competitive salary range of $15.90-$21.60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
