IT Infrastructure Specialist

About this Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Alpine Banks of Colorado. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of assigned systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs for system software and hardware issues.
• Responsible for application security, active directory integration, security permissions, and auditing.
• Researches system requirements for upgrades and future migrations.
• Recommends and implements policies and standards, ensuring adherence to security procedures.
• Prepares and executes testing and data validation of new applications and features.

Additional Duties

• Maintenance and support of application interfaces, release upgrades, and patch installation.
• Working closely with the Help Desk, internal departments, end-users, and software vendors to resolve issues.
• Collaborating with the Infrastructure team to plan and implement additional features and products.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High overall technical knowledge of IT systems.
• Complex issue handling and decision-making skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of assigned systems.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork ethics and a willingness to participate in department and bank functions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CIS and NIST framework implementation and compliance monitoring for Microsoft Windows platforms.
• Tanium platform experience.

Working Conditions

This is a professional office environment with occasional travel, semi-annual disaster recovery testing, and on-call support when needed.
