Registered Nurse - Emergency Department Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Grace Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing the physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain current knowledge and skills in emergency nursing, staying up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current RN licensure with the Maryland Board of Nursing or a Compact State.
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Emergency Services or acute care.
  • BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications within 6-12 months of hire.
  • Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
