Job Title: Semiconductor Engineer

At Raytheon Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled Semiconductor Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our research and development team, you will be responsible for developing and producing critical materials for Infrared Sensors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement advanced semiconductor materials and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products
  • Conduct research and development to improve existing processes and materials
  • Work closely with engineers and scientists to develop and implement new technologies
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
Requirements:
  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a semiconductor environment
  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • Previous experience with bulk crystal growth and semiconductor materials is highly desirable
