Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited university in Physical Therapy (recognized by the APTA)
  • A current license or registration as a Physical Therapist in-state (as applicable)
Responsibilities

As a comprehensive physical therapy professional, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a comprehensive physical therapy evaluation based on MD orders
  • Developing comprehensive treatment plans with long- and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities
  • Ensuring MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications, and discharges
  • Providing comprehensive treatment to patients using modalities and modifying patient treatment as indicated while adhering to precautions
  • Completing all required documentation

Your work settings may include outpatient, rehabilitation centers, long-term care, inpatient clinics, nursing homes, acute care hospitals, and others. The estimated salary range for this position is $40.00 - $53.00 per hour, depending on location and experience.
