About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Professional to oversee and develop a sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, or a related field, as well as experience as a supervisor or manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Team Management: Coordinate with the sales team activities, establish sales territories, quotas, and goals, analyze sales statistics, and track results and trends regularly for business forecasting.
  • Innovative Sales Strategies: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies, build and form new partnerships with potential clients, and engage in cold calling and in-person meetings.
  • Leadership Qualities: Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, including the ability to build rapport with clients, lead a sales team, and make informed decisions.

Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
