Avenues Recovery Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Addiction Therapist to join our team in a residential-style outpatient drug and alcohol rehab program. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for creating individualized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and providing exceptional care to our clients.

• Develop and Implement Treatment Plans

Create evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

Lead individual, group, family, and couple therapy sessions to promote healing and recovery.

Take responsibility for all clinical needs, services, and aftercare for your client caseload.

Prevent, intervene, and de-escalate in the event of a crisis, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients and staff.

Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client challenges, progress, relapse risk, and intervention.

Collaborate with the Clinical Director, treatment team, and family members for seamless coordination of care.

Model ethics, morality, and recovery principles in every professional interaction, upholding honesty, accountability, dignity, and respect.

• Education and Licensure

Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.

Valid state licensure necessary to practice in this role preferred.

Excellent observational, collaborative, and interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills; compassionate and dignified character that models recovery principles; ability to set strong boundaries and maintain absolute confidentiality.

Avenues Recovery Center at Bucks is a community-based, residential-style outpatient drug and alcohol rehab program offering partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient treatment services.
