Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Akron. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in patients' conditions.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the state of practice.
  • Current Health Certificate (per facility).
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior LPN experience preferred.
