Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Methodist Health System. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care to assigned patients, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). This includes directing and supervising other assigned team members and collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards of care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and protocols.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Implement and evaluate patient care plans, making adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Supervise and direct other assigned team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • Current Basic Life Support Certification.
  • Current additional certifications as required by department.
  • Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so.
  • At least 3 years RN experience.
