Job Summary:

The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at our Mandan location. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment
  • Coordinate patient care, including resident assessment, education, and various other nursing interventions
  • May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
  • Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
  • Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
