Job Summary:

Adriatica Women's Health is seeking a skilled midwife to join our healthcare team. As a midwife, you will work under the indirect supervision of our practice physicians to provide comprehensive women's healthcare services, including family planning and gynecologic care. Our midwives practice within the healthcare system, collaborating with patients to develop personalized care plans and providing consultation, management, and referrals as needed.

Our midwives adhere to the Standards for the Practice of Midwifery, as defined by the American College of Nurse-Midwives. This role requires participation in a call rotation and offers the opportunity to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive women's healthcare services, including routine check-ups, prenatal care, and postpartum care
  • Collaborate with patients to develop personalized care plans and provide education on health and wellness
  • Work with our healthcare team to provide consultation, management, and referrals as needed
  • Participate in a call rotation to ensure 24/7 patient care
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Midwifery or a related field (preferred)
  • Current certification as a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)
  • Experience in women's healthcare and midwifery care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
