  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, voice, and fluency abilities to identify areas of need.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address speech and language objectives, working closely with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings, to promote effective communication skills.
  • Collaborate with school professionals to establish a united support system for students, ensuring a cohesive approach to meeting their needs.
  • Participate in creating and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language requirements, working closely with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Monitor and record student progress, making adjustments to interventions as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist is required.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
  • Experience working with school-aged children and familiarity with special education procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
