Electrical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Specialist to join our team at Allied Reliability. As an integral part of our maintenance crew, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems.

• Perform operational maintenance on machinery and equipment associated with plant operations, working collaboratively with others to plan and execute tasks.
• Utilize precision work techniques, machines, equipment, and measuring instruments to maintain and optimize plant assets.
• Provide support to other craft and non-craft employees in the performance of maintenance tasks, utilizing computer expertise to complete records and reports.
• Ensure a safe work environment by following safety protocols, performing general housekeeping tasks, and maintaining attention to detail.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be a US citizen.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 4+ years experience in industrial electrical environments.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Available to work rotating shifts.

As an Electrical Specialist at Allied Reliability, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including:

• A training rate of $36.03 per hour.
• A certified rate of $38.38 per hour.
• $1.00 per hour night shift differential.
• Overtime pay for hours worked outside of scheduled shifts.
• Differential pay for hours worked on Sundays (scheduled or unscheduled).
