**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Support Specialist to join our team at Palmer Candy Company. As a key member of our Repack department, you will be responsible for producing and packaging high-quality products in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and record lot numbers, date codes, and other product information.
  • Prepare supplies, products, and set up equipment for the next order.
  • Ensure metal detectors are functioning properly and troubleshoot machine problems as needed.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Review bags for accuracy and maintain a clean working environment.
  • Move and empty pallets of products and ensure all safety procedures are followed.

Requirements:

  • Previous production experience is desired.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or carry objects up to 30 lbs.
  • Constant standing and frequent walking.
