Required Education:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be responsible for:
1. **Product Manufacturing:**
- Execute production processes in accordance with established protocols.
- Operate and maintain processing equipment, ensuring adherence to current operating procedures.
- Identify and rectify equipment malfunctions with appropriate approvals.
- Collaborate with repair personnel to resolve equipment issues.
2. **Production Operations:**
- Prepare and set up products following manufacturing guidelines.
- Conduct routine analytical tests to monitor process control.
- Safely transport chemicals and equipment using various tools.
- Ensure product quality and quantity throughout the production cycle.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas post-production.
- Manage waste disposal and complete compliance documentation.
3. **Communication and Documentation:**
- Provide updates on production status and equipment conditions to supervisors.
- Complete batch records accurately, including Non-Conformance Reports when necessary.
- Record hours worked and materials utilized in SAP.
- Ensure all log books are filled out in accordance with procedures.
4. **Safety and Compliance:**
- Adhere to safety policies and production procedures at all times.
- Properly use, clean, and store personal protective equipment.
- Label all in-process equipment and containers correctly.
- Address any unsafe conditions promptly.
- Participate in safety and quality training initiatives.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
5. **Process Improvement:**
- Engage in process enhancement initiatives under supervision.
- Contribute to the training of fellow team members.
- Provide technical guidance during operations as needed.
