We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Clinical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify problem areas and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that each patient receives comprehensive care tailored to their specific needs.
- Develop and implement interventions to address patient issues and promote recovery.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, documenting patient progress and treatment plans.
- Participate in quality improvement activities and contribute to the welfare of the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in addiction recovery and mental health treatment.
Education: Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or a related human services field.
Experience: Two years of work experience in the mental health field.
Licensure/Certification: Licensure and/or internship license to practice clinical discipline in the appropriate state, as applicable.
Skills/Abilities: Demonstrated proficiency in communication, observation, and written skills. Knowledge of state and federal statutes regarding patient confidentiality laws, drug-free workplace policies, and workplace violence. Ability to interact with a multidisciplinary team and assist in facets of the recovery program relating to physical health.
