Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Director of Pharmacy for a hospital in Nogales, AZ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing pharmacy operations and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage pharmacy staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of inpatient pharmacy experience
  • 4+ years of experience as a Director of Pharmacy
