Job Summary:

As a Home Based Therapeutic Support Staff, you will provide therapeutic support to children and families in their homes under the direction of a licensed clinician. Your primary responsibility will be to help children develop essential life skills, positive behaviors, and social awareness, enabling them to maintain daily routines and be successful at home and in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist children in developing daily life skills for their everyday routines
  • Help children learn positive behaviors and coping skills
  • Support children in developing social awareness and social skills
Requirements:
  • Be at least 19 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Access to and provision of an insured and inspected automobile on an ongoing basis
  • Ability to complete CPR, First Aid, CPI, and other required trainings as necessary
