QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Completion of an accredited Nurse Aide Training Program
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As an STNA, your responsibilities will include:
  • Participating in resident report exchanges at the beginning and end of shifts.
  • Delivering personal and nursing care according to the resident care plan.
  • Facilitating and leading activities for residents.
  • Monitoring and addressing resident requests and needs with dignity and respect.
  • Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for residents.
  • Assisting residents in preparing for various activities both inside and outside the center.
  • Ensuring all resident care is provided with dignity and respect.
  • Performing essential nursing care tasks as required.
  • Creating a safe, comfortable, and clean environment for residents, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Timely and compassionate fulfillment of residents' food service needs.
  • Maintaining documentation records for daily living activities, restorative programs, and resident-specific forms.
  • Adhering to established departmental, center, and corporate policies and procedures, as well as safety and infection control standards.
  • Participating in scheduled training and educational programs to maintain certification and improve care quality.
  • Carrying out other related tasks as assigned or requested.
