Forward Intermodal is seeking qualified Class A Owner Operators to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Drive a tractor-trailer combination to transport intermodal containers between rail yards and customer facilities.
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and equipment to ensure safe operating conditions.
- Load and unload intermodal containers using a forklift or other equipment as needed.
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.
- Average weekly gross: $3,000 / week
- $1,500 sign-on bonus
- Home time: Daily
- Plate and IFTA programs
- Bobtail, physical damage and occupational accident insurance at group rates
- Valid Class A CDL
- 12 months verifiable tractor trailer experience
- 1 year of rail experience
- Hazmat Certification required
