Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch service technicians utilizing routing and scheduling software (Smartware)
  • Receive incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business
  • Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints
  • Perform other duties as needed, including cross-training in related positions
Requirements
  • Minimum three years of administrative experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
  • Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Team player with ability to work independently
