Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team at Olympia Orthopaedic Associates.
About the Role:This is a full-time position that offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, profit sharing, disability, CME, and paid Malpractice.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing orthopaedic and neurosurgical procedures in our Ambulatory Surgery Center.
- Collaborate with a team of highly respected Orthopaedic Surgeons and Neurosurgeons to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Participate in the development and implementation of anesthesia care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that prioritizes patient safety and satisfaction.
- Valid and unrestricted Washington State RN and ARNP licenses.
- Certification by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
- Proficiency in most regional blocks, with a focus on regional anesthesia.
- Strong commitment to patient care and safety, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
