Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare drinks following customer orders and standard recipes
  • Ensure all drip coffee varieties are brewed fresh and replenished promptly
  • Maintain proper food handling procedures when serving drinks, pastries, and gelato
  • Clean and sanitize workstations, customer seating areas, and self-service areas
  • Ring sales orders into cash register and count back change to customers
  • Greets all customers with fast, friendly, personalized service
  • Restock shelves and coolers with products while ensuring proper rotation procedures
  • Follow proper cleaning procedures for all equipment
  • Prepare to answer customer questions in a friendly manner
  • Prep and prepare menu items and recipes as required

  • Applicable experience: Less than 1 year
