Job Overview

Core Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, dressing, and eating, to support their recovery from surgeries or injuries.
  • Ensure clients adhere to their prescribed medication schedules.
  • Facilitate mobility for clients, whether inside the home or during outings, such as medical appointments.
  • Support personal care and hygiene needs.
  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean environment.
  • Report any unusual occurrences and respond appropriately in emergencies.
  • Communicate with clients in a calm and friendly manner.

Qualifications

  • Passion for working in a one-on-one care setting and a desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Ability to fulfill all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Completion of Level 2 AHCA background screening.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • HHA certification or CNA licensure.
  • Empathetic and supportive nature.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care.
