The Twin Peaks Girl is a vital part of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional service and hospitality to every guest. This role requires a fun, energetic personality and the ability to meet and maintain the Twin Peaks Image & Costume Guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Adhere to all Image & Costume Guidelines
Interact with and entertain guests
Promote events and specials that drive business growth
Provide best-in-class service and hospitality, including taking orders, suggestive selling, and delivering food and drinks to tables
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
No prior experience or training required
Ability to effectively communicate in English
Ability to read and understand the menu, write and ring in tickets, and operate a computerized register system
Ability to suggestively sell menu items and communicate effectively with guests
Physical Demands:
The Twin Peaks Girl is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle objects, and talk or hear. The role may also require occasional lifting and/or moving up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
Work Environment:
The Twin Peaks Girl is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles from the kitchen and may occasionally be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions when in the dish area or walk-in cooler. The noise level at Twin Peaks is usually loud, and some locations may have smoking sections for guests.
