Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing all warehouse operations and staff, including delivery drivers and warehouse associates, in collaboration with the Branch Manager.
  • Managing inventory control and ensuring accuracy in stock levels.
  • Coaching and mentoring warehouse staff to achieve branch objectives.
  • Supervising the fleet of distribution vehicles and optimizing delivery routes for efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and promoting a clean work environment.
  • Monitoring operational costs and implementing cost-control measures.
  • Handling recruitment, retention, and training of quality personnel in a professional manner.
  • Documenting and addressing customer-related issues to develop effective solutions.
  • Creating and refining processes to enhance warehouse workflow and productivity.
  • Performing additional duties as required.
