Job Summary

Mile Bluff Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Travel Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy staff, you will be responsible for ensuring medications are procured, prepared, and dispensed safely and legally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pharmacy Operations: Oversee the procurement, preparation, and dispensing of medications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Clinical Pharmacy Services: Provide medical history collection, therapeutic drug monitoring, pharmacokinetic dosing consultations, and drug information and education to patients.
  • Supervision: Supervise pharmacy interns and technicians, ensuring they meet quality standards and adhere to departmental policies.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, order, receive, stock, and ship medications, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in and follow standards of departmental quality control and quality assurance programs.
