Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team at the Children's Crisis Treatment Center (CCTC). As a member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Implement clinical interventions from a behavioral treatment plan to assist children in making positive and sustainable changes.
  • Work collaboratively with children, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized plans.
Requirements
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Sociology, Education, or other human services field. Will consider a candidate with an Associate's Degree or 60 credits toward a Bachelor's Degree if they have one year of verified full-time paid work experience working in behavioral health services.
  • RBT Certification by September 2021. After this date, it will be required as a qualification for the position prior to assignment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and data entry in an electronic medical records (EMR)
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
