About the Role
ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physical Therapy Aide to join our team. As a key member of our outpatient therapy team, you will provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed clinicians.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe and effective patient care, including setting up and adjusting exercise equipment, instructing, and monitoring exercise performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, adhering to cleaning and sanitation protocols.
- Assist with patient intake and registration, including review of paperwork and verification of benefits.
- Support clinicians with timely scheduling and patient flow.
- Assist with collection of patient-reported outcome assessments.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Healthcare experience, preferably in a physical therapy or medical setting.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
